The Company, House Affairs Nigeria Limited, was incorporated in June, 2009 for the business of operating a one-stop location for building materials at various strategic locations in Nigeria. The operations started at the present site on Km 40, Lagos-Ibadan Express Way, Mowe, Ogun State. The company is a subsidiary of Na’ Allah Investments Limited which has successfully carried out a number of businesses including manufacturing and commerce in the country. Na’ Allah Investments Limited, the Parent Company, was incorporated on the 12th April, 2002 and started active business later in the year with the opening and operation of a service station under a franchise of Texaco. The Texaco service station was located on a three-acre-land at Km 40 Lagos Ibadan Expressway. We have also invested in the production of poultry feeds under the brand name of Standard Feeds but had to close the business due to some peculiar challenges of the feeds industries. The company also secured the franchise of operating Dulux Colour Centres from CAP Plc for the purpose of selling Dulux brand of paints in Nigeria. In fact, we pioneered the private operations of the Dulux Colour Centres in Nigeria. Presently, we are operating four sales outlets for the Dulux paints viz: a Dulux Colour Centre each in 3B Samuel Manuwa Street off Bishop Aboyade Cole, Victoria Island, 17A Ajao Road off Adeniyi Jones Avenue Ikeja, 8A Kingsway Road Ikoyi and Asa Dam Road in Ilorin, Kwara State. Our Victoria Island office which is a newly commissioned, state of art Experience Centre dubbed Dulux House is the first of its kind in Nigeria. We are today the leading agent in turnover and resources investments in the Dulux business. Having undertaken various businesses and recorded resounding success and stability in them, especially in areas of the building industries, we feel challenged to delve into distribution and sale of other aspects of building materials, hence the birth of House Affair Nigeria Limited. At House Affairs Nigeria Limited, our ultimate goal is to give our customers the convenience of getting all they need to build their houses in our location thereby saving two of the most valuable resources viz: time and money. This led to the birth of our one-stop mart for building materials, be it premium products or standard products like sand, gravel, cement, iron rods, woods and planks, sanitary wares, tiles, locksets, wall papers, electrical materials, items for plumbing, ceilings, roofing, panting, and every other items used in building construction from foundation stones to finishing. Our business is intended to be sited in major cities in Nigeria kicking off from the present location of our median warehouse/showroom at Km 40, Lagos Ibadan Express way Mowe Ibafo in Opic area of Ogun State. With the strategic location our one-stop mart in Mowe axis on the Lagos/Ibadan Expressway, we intend to exploit the locational advantage of the route being a major entry and gateway into Lagos. Thus, we’ll be able offer customers coming into Lagos to buy building materials convenience, stress free buying at competitive prices. This is in line with our Vision and Mission Statement of stocking quality building materials for various segments of the society at affordable and competitive prices that buyers may not even obtain in other popular building material markets in Nigeria.
